They may be an airline, an online travel agent or a hotel or car hire (UK only) website. Whoever they are, these are the people you need to contact if you have a query about your reservation – we don't have your booking details and we can't make changes for you.

  If you're not sure which company you booked with, don't fret. It's easy enough to find out. Your booking confirmation email will clearly state the name of the firm along with all the relevant phone numbers and postal details.
